Terms & Conditions & Restaurant Policy

1. Reservations We strongly recommend booking your table online via our website. While we strive to accommodate special requests noted during your reservation, these cannot always be guaranteed. The available times in our reservation system are the only arrival times; we cannot accept alternative arrival times requested via comments.

2. Arrival & Kitchen Hours To guarantee the quality of our service and cuisine, we apply the following last arrival times:

• Lunch: until 13:00

• Dinner: until 21:00

3. Cancellation Policy (No-Show Policy) We understand that plans can change. However, amendments to the number of guests or cancellations cannot be communicated via social media or email. You can only modify your reservation via:

• The link provided in your confirmation email.

• Telephone during our opening hours.

Cancellation Fee: You may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 4 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. In the event of a late cancellation or a "no-show" (guests failing to arrive without notice), we are obliged to charge a fee of €40 per missing person to compensate for the loss of revenue and kitchen preparations.

4. House Rules

• Pets: For hygiene reasons and the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed in the restaurant.

• Payments: We accept Cash, Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard, and Monize.
